Nice location directly next to the central station, but still quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff ist very friendly and helpful

Schlafcouch war unaushaltbar hart und hat gequietscht. Hauseigene Tiefgarage umständlich zu öffnen und viel zu teuer. Es wurde nicht gründlich gesaugt (wir haben noch Haarklammern vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden gefunden). Rezeptionisten haben fast nie (nur ein einziges Mal) aufgesehen und gegrüßt wenn man ins Hotel hereingekommen ist oder gegangen ist. Sollte in so einem Hotel Standard sein.

I don’t know how you can put this right, but the walk to the hotel from the station is not a nice experience. The homeless people use part of the area as a toilet, the smell of urine and I’m sorry to say excrement is awful.

Ganz neben Hbf, sehr sauber, guter AC, dabei ist auch ein Cafe und Bar, sehr guter Preis für die Zeit (während Japan Tag und kurz vor Dokomi)

Nur einzelne Steckdose pro Zimmer, die wahrscheinlich für die Kaffeemaschine geeignet, keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett im Zimmer
