Location, cleanliness, nice/clean room

I was aggravated by the incompetency of a Spanish woman stating I didn’t pay for my stay. I had extended my stay & I kept explaining I had confirmation it was paid in full. I ask if it wasn’t paid why was my door access card extended to open & why would they bother me in the evening instead of the morning if I wasn’t paid in full??

"Paid for a room I did NOT stay in!"

There was a very abusive couple staying in the room next to mine when I checked in. I was there for 15mins, I went to the front desk to get a refund for my booking and left the property. I was contacted the same night to inform me that I would receive a full refund through bookings.com. However, I was still charged. I am unhappy with misinformation and will never be returning to this property again
