they said they were going to give me a refund cause I left a day earlier and they never did. No matter how much I insisted. Super hard to find someone at the lobby while I was there. its said breakfast included and it never happened. my Key card broke like 3 times and I had to go change it. overall weird vibe in there.

Very clean and quiet

Hotel is being renovated. Rooms are outdated, especially the bathroom and area outside the room .

Great place budget friendly

The hotel was not clean, rugs dirty, walls dirty, flooring ripped up in spots, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, furniture in the room was not clean. Was shocked at how many extension cords were used in my room as well as in other areas of the hotel.

Easy check in and out. Clean room and walking distance to yuengling brewery

We booked for 5 people but they gave bed for 4 people only (2 double beds, no extra). After requesting they took some time to bring extra mattress. Morning breakfast, there was no bread. When we asked for it, she asked us how many slices? She told management has ordered bagel and Yogurt but it's not there yet. Toaster was broken, Waffle maker was not working. Old bathroom, AC. No soap. Body wash just enough for 1 person when you booked it for 5 people. Only 2 towels in bathroom.

I had trouble finding the place, It's a Ramada or former Ramada idk. upon arrival I was in disbelief the location seemed scary. The receptionist was helpful and kind. I arrive a little before midnight guessing she was the over night receptionist. The building itself is old and out dates. It smelled like a bar. It was quite which i'm was thankful for but I had to put a chair against the door because I was so afraid. The door to my room has a clear 2 inches from the door frame the you could literally see into the hallway or look into the room. I used my hair tie to keep the curtain closed because it wouldnt keep shut and the building is so close up to the building next door. That someone in the next building could see right into our room. That bathroom is outdated, not sanitized at all. over the toilet there was a small whole maybe half of an inch wide. I swear It felt like I was in a horror room. I propped that chair against the wall and did not open that room door until 8 am. If it wasn't so late I would have just found somewhere else to sleep. Check- out Not one staff greeted me or smiled. So I packed my 3 little girls and got out of there. I'm so surprised orbit even has them on here as a hotel.

Quiet and comfortable and very friendly

Could hear other rooms’ tv all night. Paperwork was never ready for me to sign at front desk. Bed was SO loud and creaky
