Very clean and organized room

Booked a double room with two beds weeks prior and some how they didn't have that. Gave a king room with one bed. We had a child with us and was really relying on that extra bed. But we made it work for one night. Door gave us problems opening, needed assistance from house cleaning to get in. Shower desperately needs renovated. Too overpriced and not really worth it, but I've stayed in worse

Bathtub wouldn't drain so couldn't shower and TV was fuzzy.

Arrived and the hotel was closed. The place looked like a ghost town, maybe three cars parked on the entire property including mine. Some random guy whom I assume lives there was smoking a cigarette by the door told me they would be back at 4 o’clock. I went to another hotel down the street that wasn’t closed. I later found Google reviews saying similar things. I highly recommend that Expedia as well as other travel sites pull this hotel from their websites.

Very good hotel, especially for the price.

Booked at 10:30 at night and showes up and lobby doors were locked and when told the next day the booking was cancelled they refused a transfer date or refund management ignored requests from hotels.com

I didn’t like that there was only half roll of toilet paper in bathroom also a dead mouse that looks like been there for a while

Heater did not make enough heat. No wi fi. Room was clean with good refrigerator. Shower had warm water, when adjusted, turned cold.

Second time I’ve stayed here .. all good Micro/fridge..clean room Will return if back for job

I went in January of 2025. It was very cold and apparently the doors and keys were not working as they were frozen due to the coldness. They gave me a key to one room and it did not work. They said maintenance changed door locks so they programmed the key again from a different room for original room I was given and it still did not work. Finally, after saying I wanted my money back and I did not want to stay there they told me 7-10 business days to get a refund and gave me a different room that did work but it took me 2 times to push the door open. Afterwards it worked well. I was only there 1 night as it was just a stop for me. I did not use the shower or tub so I can’t comment on that. The sink was good with warm running water. The tv was analog so it was very fuzzy. I had to use my phone for movies. The microwave worked fine. The refrigerator felt too warm and I did not know which way to put the dial so I just used the freezer. Then defrosted my food in the microwave. The bed was ok. I slept but not overly great of course I have been to other hotels and some are equal and some are more comfortable. That’s hit or miss. The room was comfortable it had heat but it was automatic so when it went low it got cold quickly and the heat kept going on and off as it adjusted. I personally would only stay there again unless you want a cheap overnight stay. Take an extra blanket if you go in the winter months.

The stay would of been great if they didnt put my room next to a room they was remodeling and contractors were very loud and woke me up many mornings with them yelling at other contractors from the balcony outside my door to the parking lot an from the power tools i feel putting me next to that i shouldnt of paid what i did for the room
