The noise on Route 1/9 was intolerable so a good night's sleep was impossible. There was no elevator so we had to lift bags up the stairway.

"No breakfast, unprofessional checkin guy."

Overall room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is not great. People staying were not I would be around. Most importantly the person who checked us in was little rude and unprofessional. He asked me my email and number so that he can sign me up for rewards. When I said no his tone was judgmental and he said you don’t want Macy’s gift card, free nights and all. If someone says no you do t need to judge them make them feel uncomfortable. Also hotel info says free breakfast. The breakfast was given in paper bag, one small bottle of apple juice, one small muffin, and one energy bar. All poor brands, even Costco food is 100 times better and probably cheaper.

The elevator was down the staff was not that helpful or nice I think they were in the middle of renovations when I called before I got to the room I was told twice to call back because I called to early

"It smells bad in the hallways, staircases, and the disgusting parking lot. Part of the room is in poor condition. The beds are very old and creaky, and the heating system in the room is extremely noisy."

"Scary "

It started off okay but when I went to go get my food an guy was sitting downstairs in lobby screaming someone tried to rob and kill him here at the hotel I don’t know how true it was but I know it’s something going on with this hotel room.
