Great location. Wonderful for families and people traveling with pets. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very charming house and very helpful and friendly host. Also Lermoos is a great small town to stay in and explore the region. A town and accomodation to visit again...

Appartement is close to main road. When windows are kept open (necessary in summer) there is some noise also during the night when cars are coming through the streets.

Everything was just great. The host, Erika, is just an amazing woman: taking care of everything and she herself very lovely. The facilities were also great! Location was also perfect for us. Our apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The view from our apartment was also breathtaking. Really recommend this host and Haus Montana. it is a 10 from us

This is an wonderful place to stay! Lovely well-cared for rooms! Centrally located between Zugspitze & Partnack Gorge on one side and the AWESOME Alpine Coaster at Kolbensatte on the other.

Location. Erika was an excellent host, providing advice and recommendations. Erika collected us from the train station which was very kind. The facility to order baked goods that were delivered to your door in the morning for breakfast was a nice touch. Highly recommend this accommodation, excellent value for money.

Excellent, welcoming and responsive hosts. Scenery location, walking distance from Spar, kids playground in 1 min walk, close to walking/running/biking trails of the valley. Very quiet location despite being just by the road. Fully equipped kitchen, bikes/skiing gear storage in the basement. Kid enjoyed balconies and corner windows to watch mountains. Bread/pastries delivery each morning. Full length bunk bed - suitable even for adult. Plenty of dining option in Lermoos and nearby Ehrwald.

Only some minor drawbacks. Ventilation for shower blows air into bedroom, so might get humid in winter, but was not a problem as we could keep windows open. Parking is very small, if hotel would be fully booked - some parking spaces would be blocked off by other cars. No washing machine, but was not a problem even with our longer stay.
