There wasn’t much to choose from to eat

The bed was very rough

I love that the staffs/ owner is very friendly & helpful with WHATEVER you need during you stay, I promise.

I did NOT like the weather, it was super cold BUT the building was warm.

Convenient location

Our room was unavailable at check in time. Check in clerk was very unprofessional and repeatedly said he didn’t know when asked a question and stating “I’m not sure, I just got here”. Check in clerk and hotel manager was unhelpful in making accommodations to correct the situation. Manager remained unavailable to discuss resolution with myself or my husband.

Beds were comfortable.

Kept getting cigarette smoke and cooking smells constantly in our rooms. Dog barking in the early hours and guests shouting.

The room was very nice and the staff at the front desk was very nice also. Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

It was a little unsettling when the elevator got stuck between floors. The problem was fixed and no one was hurt.

Smelled like smoke. Didn't have a regular bed. Only trundle bed

Not much. No one was at the desk when we arrived, and finally 2 deadbeats smoking outside came in and said the front desk clerk was cleaning rooms and to call the number at the desk but no one answered. We waited 10 to 15 mins for the clerk. She was very nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed!

Dirty sticky floors in room, had to use a face towel and hot soapy water to clean it
