I liked how spacious the room was and how comfy the bed was. The king suite was spacious which made it easier for myself as I am recovering from breaking my back. The staff was super patient as our card decided to randomly stop working as we were checking into the hotel.

for 4 waters we bought from the store in the hotel it was $17.00 - We didn't get anything fancy just 4 waters. Seems pretty pricey.

Convenience to the mall and 41st st. The staff were great.

The room was not very clean, hair and dirt on the bed, the room smelled like sewer
