親切なスタッフ・ビルの管理人、三多商圈駅から徒歩1～2分の立地、バルコニーからの眺望、十分な広さの客室、電子レンジ・洗濯機付き

清掃が不十分（床に髪の毛が多数落ちている、棚の汚れ）。布団カバーや枕カバーは交換していない（？）のか少し匂った。
