Good location in city centre and market place. Clean spacious rooms.very helpful staff. Especially Mr. Akshay was very helpful and cooperative.

They should have their own kitchen and dining area. It is not always convenient to have your food in the room.

The Staff, the qty. of their breakfast, the superb hot water in their wash room, speed of service and the cleanliness. The hotel even supplied English Newspapers as well as Vernacular Newpapers.

Breakfast was Okay. Location was Bad as the GPS could not locate TREEBO Inn. Secondly food was a big big problem as the facility had not kitchen as well as we could only order some fast food on Swiggy. Ordering for normal food like Dal, roti etc. was not possible via Swiggy as the food got cold on reaching the hotel.

"Good hotel. great staff. Beware Treebo prepayment and cancellation policies."

Hotel staff were super helpful, including particularly Akshay (speaks very good english) and Akash who helped with directions to locations for special photographs and local sights/restaurants. Very attentive to all our needs and provided a delicious breakfast in the room. Clean, comfortable room for a good night's sleep.

Not the hotel's fault - Treebo the umbrella organisation for this hotel cancelled our room on the day we were travelling to check in. This was because they had repeatedly requested prepayment of a deposit to secure the room in spite of the booking being fully confirmed on booking.com as not requiring any prepayment. Booking.com advised us not to make any prepayment but we could have ended up without a room for the night on arrival. Also please note in spite of it saying on booking.com confirmation that they take payment by card we were unable to pay with international cards and had to pay cash.
