Dålig service och städning. Personalen var inte positiva. Dyr restaurangnota, inte prisvärt.

Mi-a placut pozitionarea hotelului, paturi si saltele comode. Camera suficient de spatioasa. Exista parcare subterana!

Curatenia in camere e foarte slaba. Bucatariile si mancarea este la fel ca la o cantina sau ceva de impinge tava. Au 3 restaurante cu specific, in toate 3, mancare de slaba calitate, nimic special. Sistemul de aerisire din bucatarii nu functioneaza, miroase a mancare pe hol si in camera, la etajul 4, unde am fost cazat. Personalul slab calificat, neinteresat de cerintele oaspetilor. Atentie la nota de plata la check-out, sunt produse sau servicii de plata de care nu am beneficiat. Management slab, foarte slab...nu mai revenim

Camere mari și confortabile. Lobby cozy cu bar deschis până la ora 22:00.

Nu ne’au schimbat lenjeria ,deși era murdară . 39€/pers cina,destul de scump,băuturile nu intră în preț ,nici măcar apa. Și cel mai trist este faptul,ca la prețul ăsta nu îți oferă nici măcar o sticlă de apă pe cameră . Când am ajuns am avut o sticlă ,dar după nu ne’au mai pus alta😅 Peste tot unde am fost, în cameră mereu am avut o sticlă de apă plată și una minerală și de fiecare dată se înlocuiau . Apa din piscină era rece. Restaurantul italian ,slab.

"Geniales Hotel in Toplage"

Die Lage ist top - direkt neben der Grafenbergbahn und der Skibushaltestelle. Frühstück war top - frisches Gebäck, Obst - frisch zubereitete "Eier-Variationen". Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Spa center is open until 19h which is a bit to early if you come back from skiing at 17.
