Ice machine didn’t work. Tv had no signal had to call front desk but the number that’s on the paper in the room was no longer in service. So had to go to my booking to get the right number. Took them 3x to answer the phone.

It’s a bs big time poor service when you ask at any extra pillows & blankets the answer is no we dont provide that. No breakfast only small cupcake & coffee and cheap quality cereal. The card to open the room door always give you red light and you have to go to the reception guy who is always sleeping to reactivate the card to be able to get in your room. When you ask about someone to clean the room, the answer is you should have to call what a bs big time. They are not friendly and its all about ur money. Based on my experience I’ll not recommend that place to anyone. Cheap place & cheap people who run that business.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed it. There were stains EVERYWHERE. The bathroom ceiling had brown spots all over it, the shower had other people's hair on it, the towels were stained, the walls were patched with duct tape and then painted. If it wasn’t so late at night when we arrived we would have stayed somewhere else. We all felt disgusting after we left. Not to mention the shower head came up to all of our chests. Nothing like ducking to wash your hair. We will skip on this hotel next time.

blankets are not clean smelling bad

we understand is a budget place but no ice no phone no pool had to ring in broad daylight midafternoon to be checked in.
