"BETTER than the hotel across the street"

"Roaches make for bad bed fellows!"

Room was dirty, not cleaned very well. Door had a big crack at the bottom that let in roaches. We counted 8 roaches on our second night!!! Plus our tv was damaged, it had very bad scratches which made it hard to see the picture. Also my boyfriend couldn’t use the coffee pot machine cause it was real dirty. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. When I checked in they had given my reserved non smoking room to another guest. They had planned to get me a smoking one! So the night clerk had to call the owner to see what to do. Customer service is lacking deeply! When I checked out 3 days latter they had to check the room, as if we had damaged something; in order for me to receive my 25 buck deposit back. At first the day clerk couldn’t find my deposit...very shady in my opinion! I was so happy to leave and return home. I will never stay here again! Next time I will scrape up money to stay a a better motel or hotel.

The room we were in, the bathroom door didn't have a catch to keep it closed. As I checked out the clerk stayed on the cell phone talking in another language. She took my room cards and dumped them in a bowl on desk and then put the cardholder with my room number on it back in the cabinet.

"Pleasantly surprised "

Outside of building was rundown & we were a bit nervous to see what was beyond the door. We were pleasantly surprised to see a clean fresh room. Bed was a bit soft for me. My husband was comfortable so it is just a preference.

This hotel was okay but very strange. It wasn’t very clean and we got no room service. When we asked about room service they told us to gather our own towels to the front desk and get them switched out which was very inconvenient for us. The ac was cold the first night we got there and then got really hot. I won’t be staying here again!
