Toilet seat not attached. Water to Toilet was shut off. Turned on water. Flushed toilet. It overflowed onto the floor. Smoke alarm battery dead. Constant beeping. No one at the front desk at 5 30am to complain to. Whole property needa renovation
Roaches, no coffee pot in room and when I went to front desk to ask about it clerk acted like I didn’t know what a coffee pot was and I never got one. Toilet lid didn’t fit, to small and fell inside tank. Trash on floor. Burn holes in bedding from cigarettes in non smoking room. Towels stained with black. Waffle mix had mold in it.
We were disappointed. The floors were dirty and no hot water. However they are very honest. We forgot a medical device in the room and they called us immediately. Honesty is important.
Room didn’t have all the sheets, no WiFi, no breakfast, was loud, no one ever came by to give new stuff even though I asked and requested it three time, tv remote didn’t work, tv didn’t have and channel indications, heater didn’t work, and everything inside and out was dirty. This is a crappy motel not a hotel. That was a.great example of fraud and
The room was dirty and items in the room in poor repair. The exterior door had a gap at the bottom and on the side.
Had a reservation for one night. Was told at check-in that there was no hot water in the building but that in "one or two hours" we would have it. I asked if that was assured. The answer was yes. Waited several hours and took a quick cold shower. The next morning, there was no hot water. I told the lady at checkout and there was no response other than to give me a print out of the hotel bill. YOU DON'T RENT OUT ROOMS THAT HAVE NO HOT WATER. The place was ill kept and dirty as well. No quality at this Quality Inn.
