⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable Weekend — The Perfect Place to Celebrate Everything at Once! We came to The Terrace Hotel for what turned out to be the most milestone-packed weekend of our lives — our daughter's law school graduation, my birthday, AND our 30th wedding anniversary, all rolled into one incredible trip. I honestly wasn't sure any hotel could rise to that occasion. This one exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked through the door, the front desk team made us feel like VIPs. Johnny, Alexa, and Devin were warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about our celebrations — not in a scripted way, but in a way that felt personal and sincere. They set the tone for the entire stay. Maddi, Kaya, and Sergio went absolutely above and beyond. Their service was thoughtful, professional, and truly added to the magic of the weekend. It's rare to encounter a team where every single staff member seems to genuinely love what they do — this hotel has that. The pool was a highlight — perfectly heated, spotlessly clean, and just the right place to unwind after a big day of celebrating. We spent hours there and never wanted to leave. Thirty years of marriage, a brand-new lawyer in the family, and a birthday to boot — and The Terrace Hotel made every single moment feel special. We will absolutely be back, and we will be recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you for helping us celebrate the best weekend we've had in years!

Considering the cost per night; To add an additional $45 per night for parking seems excessive.

We loved, loved, loved that music wasn’t blaring poolside so that you could actually hear the ocean!!

It was an amazing stay at the hotel! Located on a beautiful Pacific beach made it so much easier for everyday relax! The staff was soooo nice ! Every single person was amazing and kind and smiling ! Rooms top and beds and bed sheets oooh that was coooo comfy! Very good parking possibilities ! The view is insane ! LOVE IT !!! 🫶🏻

Beachfront hotel with the most helpful friendly staff you can imagine, spacious lovely well appointed rooms, access to a delicious little café inside the hotel, easy access to beach and poolside— pricey but a truly special stay… price of room varies from day to day… easy stroll to little beach restaurants and bars.

This was an awesome hotel for our family vacation, very laid back neighborhood beautiful beach, and the hotel had several amenities that were not listed, beach chairs,umbrellas, beach toys, and bikes with helmets

We had an amazing experience at Pacific Terrace Hotel. The property is situated right on the beach front in a great location, close walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach and close to La Jolla. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool area and terrace was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Above all else, the staff were exceptional. They were very professional and friendly, and always willing to help and provide recommendations on things to do. To Mason at the front desk and Maddy in the Terrace Cafe, thank you for your hospitality and warmth, you truly made our visit to San Diego and we will be back!
