Very comfortable.

Love the shuttle service to the airport!

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Whole hotel overall smelled very musty and seemed old. Breakfast area was way too small for everyone to try to get food and/or sit to eat. Parking filled up fast and sometimes had to park way back in corner of lot away from people/lights.

Nice room

Overall I like this property and this was my second stay. My biggest frustration was that there was only one sitting chair in a room with 2 beds (& 2 of us traveling). The office chair was useless as it leaned back so far as to not support your back. When I asked at the front desk for a replacement, the staff did not seem experienced in handling such inquiries which was disappointing.

Good breakfast and clean room but the bed was worn out and not comfortable.

I've stayed here four times before and rebook when visiting Bellingham. I've liked the pool, staff, quiet rooms, and easy location. They dropped the ball on Saturday night for a private "party" at their event hall - VERY close to the hotel. We returned from dinner at 9:15p and there was NO parking as a guest. All taken up by the party goers, as there is NO designated parking for the event hall. The front desk attendant (Angelina I believe) was nice enough to offer her spot at 10pm but recommended trying once again. Finally found one, not too close to our room. Some guests were on the verge of brawling, along with expletives and drunken behavior. We saw a fellow come out of the event and urinate in the bushes. Two teens were running around screaming on the property (near 10p), along with all the loitering around the hotel sidewalks.So glad I didn't have a room near the hall, as it even had thumping BASS. BW you totally turned me off of your brand. What were you thinking?

It was fine for what it is. Not super close to downtown walking wise. Pool was nice. Def a lot of people having issues with fentanyl in this area. Don't let your kids pick up anything off the ground especially money. Hotel only has one way in and one way out as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lock your car.
