Great location in the French quarter. Cool buildings with a lot of history.

Our door did not lock properly. There were rats in the courtyard. There was construction right outside our room that started at 7am.

"Cozy courtyards"

St. Pierre is a great value just at the edge of the French Quarter so you can walk to the clubs and quiet enogh to sleep at night. This is the first home of the Jazz Museum and I had the honor of sleeping in Louis Armstrong's room!!! I loved all of the courtyards with cozy seating and flowers in bloom.The city washes the streets every morning with soap nonetheless, making your morning walk extra refreshing

"Takes your money scam"

BEWARE! Liars, scam. Manager Larry refused a refund within 30 minutes of booking on Expedia, when a parade blocked all driving routes to the hotel for next 4 hours. No way to get there. Lied to Expedia and said he never received an email from them on day of cancellation. Very rude also. Beware.

Great hotel. Amazing service. Loved the ambiance of the room and hotel itself. Perfect location walking distance from a lot of attractions. Kim was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond for us. She even made a happy birthday sign and stuck it on our door while we were away. Kim was so sweet and informative. Definitely made our stay even more pleasant. She made us feel like family.
