"Great historic hotel"

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway, and could not be happier with the accommodations. The room was cool, the bed super comfortable, and access to the quarter was easy! It’s an old hotel, and thus has some blemishes, but we loved it even more for its character. For a couple just roaming the quarter and coming back to crash, we really lucked out. The staff were very kind and accommodating!! Great value for the price, will definitely be staying again in the future.

"Horrible experience"

If there was a 0 i’d put that. Horrible customer service, they tried to take my keys to “move my car if needed”. Rude guy at the counter wouldn’t let me check in because my wife was in the car with the kids and it was on her name. Pictures haven’t been updated in over 10 years. Nothing looks like the pictures. Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. 10/10 would NOT recommend. They are rude to their customers and proceeded to message me to rate my stay knowing I did not stay there. I did not stay there due to the hotel looking NOTHING like the pictures. When I tried canceling, they told me they would REFUSE my cancellation even though online it states that there is free cancellation. They also have to “take” your keys in order for them to park your car in case they need to move it. No thanks !! Worst experience of my life, truly.

"New Orleans Quaint, Adorable with Great Location…"

Building quaint and adorable, location, staff was friendly…

Asked for upper room months before but didn’t get one, the noise from upper floor was quite a bit, I guess thin, creaky floors. Asked for a different room but what was offered was not better, unfortunately.
