The Boulder Broker

The location was great as I was attending event at Williams Village on CU's campus which was a short walk away. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly.

The decor is dated. The furniture and everything worked, just dated. It's kind of fun but I couldn't help but wonder how old that carpet was. Looking behind the nightstand, I could imagine a family of mice finding it quite comfortable.

The third floor was horrible. As soon as you step off the elevator, you're met with a cloud of cigarette smoke and overflowing trash in the hallway. Once I entered the room, I was greeted with a piece of the wall on the ground and an outlet hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, the toilet was not working, there were tiles missing from the walls, and the cabinets had holes in them! The mattress was not a normal hotel mattress. It was old and yellow. The bed frame was weak, and the headboard was dirty. There were mirrors all over the room that were dirty or covered in paint. The AC was running but not pushing out cold air. The room was HOT!

Very old, super outdated

We chose this property because of its proximity to Will Vill and our daughter. The staff we encountered were great!

The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but I’ve certainly slept on worse! The room did have a bit of an odd smell, got sort of used to it by day 2. We just chalked it up to the age and the fact that the carpet probably hasn’t been replaced in a while. Again, both of these things wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. It’s an older property in a college town. My college town had one of these as well and it was favored by many people.

Smell of mould or something wasn't right in room. No information was given on where to go. No bar open or out of business. Not good enough. Ashley and Richie were helpful

Nicole went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be.

Needs updating

I have stayed here several times and this was the worst room yet. Very old, uncomfortable bed, and no amenities. Property is convenient to CU Boulder however.

This is an older property, that could use some TLC. The front desk was so friendly
