The Boulder Broker

I think they are updating rooms but I always seem to get an ancient room with no updates.. I still like the hotel and the location however.

no conditioner, horrible pillows.

We were pleasantly surprised that the bar and gathering area had been nicely updated and is huge. Staff were friendly. There is great potential for the Broker to be a place for game days and after parties. The word needs to get out that the Broker is a cool place to gather!

The hotel's restaurant should open a little earlier. There was coffee in lobby though

It’s a great hotel and staff is friendly. It’s close to University so it was perfect.

This hotel is beautiful! There is a restaurant inside and the food was great. And the staff was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Older property but very well maintained and clean. Close but not really walkable to campus stadium. ADA accessible. Would stay again.

This property has outlived its charm. I booked it for business, seeing that it was the same price point as 3-star hotels I’ve recently stayed in in Superior/Broomfield. First, these deflated throw pillows on the bed were worthless. I had to buy a pillow. 2nd, it’s not a business-friendly room. There is a desk, no plugs to access near it. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. J-zz stains on the desk chair. The ghosts of myriad bar mitzva’s and rotary calculator salesman conventions haunt the place. It is clearly time to sell to a chain that will tear it down and rebuild something that makes sense today. THE BEST I can say, is that’s it’s walking distance to The Dark Horse!

I was after a well priced room in south Boulder to visit my college student. This was perfect AND had loads of character. A big gathering space with bar and happy hour snacks had pingpong, foozball and a separate area to watch "the game" on TV - all very welcoming. My college kid and friends came to join and had a great time. The outdoor pool and deck were perfect for morning yoga. (not open until 8 though). No breakfast options besides coffee are the only ding. Old-world vibe and terrific staff (Manager Richie, Jacob at the desk; Stevie in the restaurant especially).

Friendly staff. Beds a little uncomfortable.
