I liked the hotel location close to the train station and to the central area. I don’t like that their WiFi is not very efficient and also no accommodation to English speaking guests on their tv channels. I was in the room sick for a couple of days and I could not find any English channels to occupy me while in the room. Over all the hotel is nice and clean it would be much better with these adjustments. One last request is Expedia should have included breakfast in the rate we paid as other hotels had breakfast included it

This newer hotel had some of the best designed rooms I have seen in my travels. Every amenity had been thought of. They also served a great breakfast.

Wonderful staff (Carmen was fabulous!). They kindly let us check in early. Onsite restaurant was great and excellent proximity to the train station.

"Nice hotel, weak A/C"

The hotel was in a good location, very clean, decent breakfast. The A/C was less than ideal. It wasn’t able to maintain a comfortable temperature and kept us up at night as we were quite warm. Beware of parking garage . It was conveniently under the hotel but was extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver.

This is the second hotel I have stayed at in this group. I now see the name a sign of quality. Lovely room, great breakfast and efficient staff. When i return to Granada, i would look to stay there again.Only slight downsides was a faint damp smell in the bathroom when I arrived and couldn't find stairs to use so I could work off some of that breakfast.
