The bald man at the front desk was getting on my nerves by giving rude impression with facial expression as if he doesn't want to serve the customer, also he picked up the phone and he didn't even say sorry when he forgot our request. When the housekeeper came up to give us the room shoes that we asked for (second time) she looked very upset and she just walked away right after handing us the shoes without saying anything. What a poor service! We were expecting good quality of the service of this hotel group since we got really good one from Hotel Giralda center and we got very disappointed with the service quality from Granada. Won't come back.

"Gem of a hotel!"

Hotel is in a convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance of all sites. Our room was immaculate and spacious and I loved the scent of the lobby. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

there's no kettle nor face tissue provided, you have to lobby restaurant to ask for hot or cold water, however, we were lucky enough to ask for a kettle which were in limited supply
