Det var glemt å vaske bak på wc (ser det når lokket er nede) Flisene nederst i dusjen var gule av såpe og hudrester, her trengs en skuring

Personell, beliggenhet,

Da vi ankom fant de oss ikke i systemet til hotellet, men etter mye om og men fant de oss på bookingen. Brukte bortimot en halv time før vi fikk rom. Vi bor mye på hotell, men aldri opplevd dette før. Dårlig første inntrykk. Hadde også helst sett å få rom ned mot sentrum, da det var ledig og ikke ut mot ett murbygg.

Veldig god frokost og blide ansatte.

Jeg fikk et rom i den eldre delen av hotellet, som tydelig ikke var oppgradert enda, og standarden samsvarte dessverre ikke med det jeg hadde forventet ut fra presentasjonen på nett. Rommet virket slitt, og helhetsinntrykket ble derfor litt skuffende.

Frokosten var helt fantastisk - jeg har bodd mange steder, men denne var virkelig bra. Det hadde et bredt utvalg av frukt, grønnsaker, pålegg, varm/kaldmat, brød, kaker, juice og annet drikke. De har en egen seksjon for glutenfritt også. Rommet var rent og pent og meget gode senger! Personalet var varme og behjelpelige!
