"This hotel is NOT clean!"

The location is convenient.

Let me preface with the fact that we stayed at this same hotel two years ago while visiting family and it was clean and comfortable. This stay was NOT the same. The room smelled musty when we came in so I turned on the air to try to eliminate the smell. No big deal. Not every room books all the time. That was okay-ish. Then went to the restroom and there was urine on the toilet. Not okay at all! But it was too late for us to change hotels and we didn't want to wait on housekeeping so we just cleaned it ourselves. I was up and down all night with phone calls and when I went to the restroom around 3am there was a cockroach crawling across the sink. Ok. Sometimes unfortunate things happen when you have a business. We went to check out the next morning and when we opened the door two more roaches crawled out from under the door and up the hallway walls. I will NEVER stay here again!

The breakfast was good. The staff friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and place was quiet.

Cleanliness could have been better. Bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly.
