"Excellent Accommodation and Host"

Exceptional accommodation; clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was amazing, with all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped. The owner was very kind, respectful, and responsive. He replied to messages quickly and was always helpful whenever needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

About 15 minutes walk from central Palermo. Very spacious room and bathroom, friendly and helpful personell who washed my clothes for a small fee. I was allowed to store my luggage after check out.

Ubytovanie je čisté, pohodlné, majiteľ veľmi ochotný a reagoval na Whatsapp takmer okamžite. Cítili sme sa veľmi dobre, v chladničke sme si našli fľašu s vodou, čo nás veľmi potešilo, mali sme izbu s malým balkónom, kde sa dalo pekne posedieť. Ubytko je na šiestom poschodí, ale výťahom sa dalo dostať hore. Raňajky boli sladké - koláč, džemy, nutella, ale spoločný priestor bol vybavený kanvicou, varičom na vajíčka, toastovačom, takže sme si pripravili aj vlastné. Celkovo bolo skvelé.

Sprcha v spoločnej kúpeľni by mohla byť novšia, ale inak všetko okej

"Situation idéale, bon rapport qualité / prix."

Très pratique, proche du centre ville. Une fois la voiture garée, on peut visiter à pied le centre historique sans problème. La chambre est propre, grande, aérée. Nous n'avons pas été gêné par le système un peu coloc' car chacun était discret.

RAS. Pas hyper évident de trouver une place de parking vraiment gratuit (vous avez des lascars qui vous demandent des sous alors que vous êtes sur un parking gratuit)

Uma localização razoável para caminhadas pela cidade, embora não haja transporte público próximo

Condições gerais do imóvel, acesso por elevador antiquíssimo, cama desconfortável, roupas de cama já bem desagastadas. Café da manhã bem básico. O preço cobrado muito superior, incompatível com a qualidade oferecida
