Marina Del Mar Resort and Marina

Location is beautiful.Facilities are well kept.Hotel right on a beautiful waterway.All types of boat tours available.We took a glass bottom boat tour.

This place is located on an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful intercoastal. The boats/ views/ water/ area around the hotel to walk around....are all spotless and gorgeous. Beautifully landscaped...brick paths...droolworthy boats parked....and 2 restaurants on either side you can walk to. The continental breakfast wasn't bad (I have had much better in other places) but it works to start the day. We only stayed one night on the way to the gulf coast. We did the tiki tour at Snooks and it was very good. You get a really good feel for how beautiful Key Largo is from the water.

1) my booking stated that we have a "balcony" so I was assuming we had our own balcony with a couple of chairs and maybe a table. But the "balcony" was the veranda wrapped around the entire 2nd level of the hotel rooms and is shared by everyone with no privacy and no chairs. So we had a balcony with a parking lot view and nowhere to sit. I went to the front desk and it was explained to me there are only 2 rooms with a water view and balcony with chairs and they are the 2-3 bedroom suites. (the photos I saw are a little deceiving) but we were only there 1 nite. 2) OMG, the restaurant/ bar "Sharkeys" is to the far right of the resort and our room was the last one to the far right of that building. When the bar empties out onto the street.....also comes with it the Ya-hooing...yelling....cars ripping out....slamming doors/ drunken singers.....at 2 and 3am. We were not happy campers at that point. If you book a room/ ask/ google/ make sure your room is NOT in the far right building (which is the opposite end of the lobby building) in a far right room. We were there on a Friday night...I have no idea if this was just the weekend crowd or not. 3) breakfast was so-so

La struttura è in una bellissima posizione sul porto. Un bel panorama dalle camere. Piscina e ristorante della struttura ottimi. Camere grandi.
