The rooms were a little bit older, you can tell they tried to renovate them, but it didn’t bother us, we were exploring the key is more than in the room

It's a basic room with nothing in particular to make it outstanding. Though the pillows were pretty good. The shower didn't have a lot of water pressure and it took quite a while to get the hot water to flow. The breakfast is really basic with not much in the way of options. Area is safe for motorcycles. I had mine there in the parking lot and didn't worry about it.

The problem with this hotel is that there's quite a bit of loud traffic going by. It's not on a busy street but what did go by was enough of an irritant and if you're room is street side, you're going to hear it. Deliveries in the morning can be a bit loud as well.

Appreciate that the prices were higher than usual due to it being Christmas / New Year holidays we stopped for a couple of nights as we travelled through. A quaint place that is clean but is very dated and needs redecorating and updating. The beds were comfortable. The onsite bar / restaurant served good cocktails and good food. Live entertainment was entertaining. Not much to do in the area without a car. Nice neighbourhood. Excellent restaurants within a short car / uber ride away.

No-one told me about the 'no-see-um' bugs!
