"It was good value, but the bed and hot water situation made it a no return for me!"

Pool. Was clean and refreshing.

No hot water! They went to put us in another room but that room too had no hot water. We were in a room with 2 queen beds and one bed had a sinkhole in the middle of it.

The front desk staff was excellent.

The heat/air conditioner was not working correctly and was extremely noisy we had to shut it off. The coffee maker in the room was broken. We stayed there twice 10 days apart but stayed in a different room and floor. The first stay was very good but disappointed in our second stay. The location is perfect as we have family in the area but we will think twice about staying here in the future. We were only in our rooms about 9 hours each time.
