Got an up grade from the staff no charge, to a king suite

Part of it was under construction and our microwave didn’t work due to that. Plus the ice machine was on the first level

"Horrible recovery stay. I wouldn’t stay here again."

Location

We were without power and heat for hours after check in due to construction next door. I had just come from surgery. There was drilling going on the entire stay.

"Construction- should not be open"

Under construction should not be open. Paint fumes in room, AC had no power, did not work. Filthy. I left and went somewhere else.
