There is a 24-hour reception. Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel. The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating "Parking du Capitole" and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. Maximum height : 5.9 ft. Most room are accessible by elevator. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs. Please note that twin beds setting is at an extra cost of EUR 10 and upon prior request. Checks are not an accepted payment method.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
