Room clean, staff friendly, conveniently area, felt a bit unsafe entering from the back of the property

Location is its best feature. Very convenient.
Location was good but that was about it .. when I first got to my room I went into the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned and had paper stuffed in it the bathroom bin had not been empty and had old fruit which smelt! And also there was no iron I. The room but was an iron. I got to my room late so the next morning I rang the business hour numbers where I spoke to a girl and she said she was in the cafe but would pass on the message.. NO one ever called back and the room was not once cleaned I also had to get a iron from another room as I had a wedding ! I am definitely not someone to complain but to make management awear of the room not being clean and then nothing done about it was a pretty poor effort .I be interesting if I hear from anyone..
Great customer service allowing me an early check in to get ready for a wedding and late check out to make sure I was safe to drive home

Bathroom sink was clogged
Good location, lack of communication after hours, no 2nd remote for the other tv, chairs were filthy & screws loose on the back. Fan in bathroom was disgusting.
