Staff, breakfast, location,

Very clean hotel and rooms, and very friendly, nice staff. The location is nice - not too busy, but the centre is not that far - accessible via a short walk, or with public transport.

The soundproofing is not perfect - we could hear the other rooms banging their doors. If one goes to the bathroom in the night it lights up the whole wash area, that wakes others in the room too. Also, the caffee maschine at the galley was not reliably working sadly.

Fantastic staff and very comfortable stay Great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here!

Nejvíce se mi líbila pestrost snídaně a lokalita ubytování, vše je dostupné, v okolí je spoustu podniků a zastávky hromadné dopravy. Byl jsem zde vloni a neměl jsem dobrou zkušenost se servisem, nicméně dal jsem hotelu druhou šanci a více než mě překvapili.

Nemám co vytknout.

An overwhelming smell of air freshener or detergent in the building

The hotel location is fine for visiting the city; it is very close to public transport. The room is comfortable in terms of space .The personnel is friendly, helpful. The hotel has a garage where you can park for 25€/day.

The bed is not comfortable; the mattress is too hard, the bed frame at the bottom is a nuisance for tall people . The pillows are certainly too big/thick . The bathroom is fine but the soap dispenser did not function.

La suite parentale est spacieuse et confortable, le canapé est en bon état, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans ce type de chambre. Beaucoup de rangements

Les oreillers etaient énormes et très fermes, impossible de dormir autrement que sur le dos. Heureusement on nous en a apporté d’autres le lendemain. Les 4 oreillers de la chambre etaient indentiques, ce qui est impensable pour des lits d’enfants. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas génial, le goût est très industriel, préférez les nombreux endroits à proximité pour bruncher à partir de 9h.

La gentillesse du personnel Les parties communes sont biens, il y a un coin café à chaque étage. La bagagerie sécurisée.

Notre chambre présentait de légères traces d’usures

Breakfast was very good, coffee was always available. The best was a staff- very friendly, helpful in all means, I believe more than I would hope. Just love them. Everything about stay was very comfortable, including location.
