Room was clean, breakfast had good options and was never out of availability, staff was friendly, easy highway access.

The bed was VERY firm, uncomfortably firm. The pillows went flat very easily, so all 4 were needed for 2 people in the bed.

I highly recommend this location for value & service. My husband and I stay here often for work. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and serviced every few nights, with extra service when requested. While there’s a bit of aging on the building, it’s still clean & comfortable. In over 70 nights there so far this year, we’ve had one incident. It was taken care of with personal regard to our situation and resolved to our satisfaction in a timely manner. The breakfast is hot and a good variety. The good coffee, tea, cocoa, & evening cookies are much appreciated. There a small pantry for snacks, drinks, meds, & microwaveable foods, & other necessities. The lobby fireplace was a welcome area for sitting & enjoying cocoa this winter. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays & smartly decorated the rest of the time. Laundry & fitness rooms are available. We have not been here during pool season, but I’ve heard it’s nice. The elevator has been in good working condition during our stays. Parking is usually sufficient. We had one difficult night due to large trucks parking crooked & crowding spots but no fault of the property itself. The manager is always friendly. We are often greeted by name by many of the staff. It’s a comfortable home away from home. I even recommended it to my particular parents when they were in town, and they had zero issues. That says a lot!

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, location close to shopping and a good neighborhood and easy to access. There was a large desk, microwave, and fridge, plus an easy chair. The complimentary breakfast was good, and lobby area nice, with a fireplace.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom came on automatically with the light, and was very noisy. Lights over the vanity flickered. We have stayed at this facility before, when it was under a different brand, and it doesn't seem as well maintained as in the past.

The hotel and room were clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Everything was as expected which is nice after a day of travel.
