Location was fine and it was a safe area

Super ghetto looking. Our toilet roll holder was broken. Place is dirty looking and desperately needs an update. This property lists having a fitness center and when I asked where it was it was “broken” I was mad you haven’t removed it off of your facilities list. We won’t be back ever again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! I CANT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!!! We actually called the police for documentation of room on bodycam. We are having to fight to get our money refunded! Some issues were TV wouldn't work!! Water running down the walls, no smoke alarms, door wouldn’t shut/lock, water over the floors and everything, very humid unless temperature was at 60 degrees. The attendant was rude and belligerent..as other customers came into lobby to complain also. Look at all the reviews’n

The room needs an upgrade. The refrigerator would come out when trying to open it. The mirror was cracked. The sofa was torn up and sitting on a piece of wood that wasn’t nailed together. Bugs were in the room. Bathroom was hard to close. The price was outrageous over $200 for these conditions.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with grits, selection of bagels, coffee and juices. The parking lot was safe with lots of security cameras, however a gas station was adjacent to the hotel.

Based on prior reviews, the disrepair of the facility, customer service, and discussion staff were having we did not stay. The facility and operations needs a lot attention.

Literally looked like a haunted house. The room smelt horrible. Tub and furniture in the room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Mold on the walls. Holes in the wall. I started itching within 5 minutes of being in the room. The hotel refused a refund. We left and went to a different hotel.

The price is good... Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I got a smoking room.... Was told that's what I chose but I never choose a smoking room... I don't even know that there was an option. Anyway... Room was worn... Needs updating. Staff was mediocre. Waited in lobby for at least 10 minutes before she even came in to help. Was not in the office. We have stayed at this hotel many times for football game and the price is great, but the facilities are becoming less than.

1st room given we couldn’t figure out how to get into it because it was so dark because the light wasn’t working on the outside. Once inside the room, the air conditioner was filthy, there was a hole in the wall where the smoke detector should be and there was no shower curtain. We were given another room then. In the second room, we could not get the tv to work and the front desk clerk had to come and swap out the remote and box. Killed some mystery bug on the curtain and then we noticed the room also was missing a smoke detector (and had a hole there). My daughter walked twice across the room in white socks and they were no longer close to white on the bottom. We checked out and canceled our second planned night. Had to cough up the price of the first night and only spent 1 1/2 hrs on property. Let’s hope I see a refund of the second night on my card. 0 stars. Do not recommend at all!!

1. Card reader didn't beep, door handle very hard to turn. 2. Without the curtains open in daylight could barely see in the room. Very low lighting.and non working plugs. 3. Old paint everywhere outside of room, hanging from ceiling, and walls, and walkways. 4. Beds, pillows were flat and smelled peculiar. Linen was clean but most of it was frayed or torn. 5. Wash sink never got hot or cold. Soap was smaller than fun size candy bar. Lighting was so low could barely see what was washed. 6. Bathroom was moldy at shower grout and toilet ran all night. Scared to use shower with chipped enamel tub. Hole in wall from doorknob. Door was coming apart at bottom. 7. Tv was not plugged in, refrigerator so so frosted up could barely use it. Door was missing off freezer section. One usable plug bedside, cpap barely fit on nightstand. There was no smoke detector just the A.C. adapter sticking out the wall. 8. Trying to get in or out was a hassle as we could not get a bottom floor so we lugged our gear upstairs. 9. There was only decaf coffee. 10. The breakfast items were placed in a basket and left. The cool storage for dairy was warm. Drinks were in kid size containers. Hot food only came out of a microwave. The frozen food was not chilled, sausage was simple placed in the basket in zip bags. The milk and yogurt smelled funny.
