La Quinta by Wyndham Aberdeen-APG

No where to park. Had to park in different lot 2 lots away. And to carry luggage and other items across the street. First night refrigerator was making noise throughout the night and toilet didn't seem to stop running at different times. Maintenance workers outside talking and singing at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Television didn't work at all the second night.

Super easy to stop off the interstate on my trip. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious.

At midnight and early the next morning I had to listen to a group of adolescents run back and forth in the hallway. Thank explanation from the front desk was there is s a baseball team staying in the hotel. Parents need to parent and the hotel staff needed to take steps to stop the unacceptable behavior.

Great location. Clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel is pet friendly with nice area to walk dogs and provides pet waste stations. Easy off/on route 95.

Got to breakfast too late - it finishes at 9am. (Our fault for not paying more attention.)

I am a platinum rewards member, and have stayed at a lot of La Quinta Inns over the years. This La Quinta in Aberdeen by far is the best. It is moderately priced, and the upgrade to a deluxe king was exceedingly modest. The rooms on the fourth floor are newly renovated and my suite was huge, well appointed, and very, very comfortable. It is pet friendly (I was traveling with my cat). It offers the usual La Quinta breakfast with a nice selection, the microwave and refrigerator work well (the fridge has a freezer compartment), and the heating/AC unit with wall thermostat works well. Vivek, the nice young man on the front desk, was extremely helpful and gracious. (An FYI: they are in the middle of renovations on the third floor, and the second and first floors will follow, but the property is neat and quiet, and you would not know that they are in the middle of renovations.) I highly recommend this property.
