"Very clean and comfortable, very noisy"

Pros: very clean, comfortable mattress, easily controlled thermostat, warm bedding, very dark room at night (with lights off), optimal lighting in bathroom and room, courteous staff, nice parking lot brightly lit, plenty of off-site dining options, free breakfast included. Lots of outlets, usb port at bedside lamp. Fridge, microwave in room worked well. Nice towels and toiletries! Cons: very noisy. Toilet ran all night (though I believe this will be fixed fast with how responsive staff seem to be), noisy heater, VERY noisy floorboards above and beside. This hotel was constructed with wooden subfloor and joists (not wooden floor treatment, that is carpet and tile). Floors squeak with every step. I woke up at 7 am to the occupant above me walking, it is noisier than my 160 year old house. Understand that this was cheap construction, and absolutely not the fault of staff. They can’t fix the floors for you lol. If you are a light sleeper or need quiet, request the 4th floor. Breakfast was on par with a <$100 a night hotel room. Actually delicious bagels and sausage! Liquid eggs and kind of gummy muffins. Very sweet attendant. Fox News on TV every morning. Lots of seating. Fresh fruit! Overall I would come back if I could request a top floor room. This was a very clean, very comfortable hotel. I need a warm room and good pillows to sleep, and this bed was very comfortable! Really wonderfully dark room at night. Very easy to find, close to 95.
