Lovely windows and view. Nice crisp sheets on the bed. The staff is always polite and professional

There was only 1 towel in a room that can accommodate 2 people. The window couldnt be opened even a crack. This is a nightmare for claustrophic people.

Very tired decor, peeling wallpaper and floor not very clean. No surface apart from the bed so no room for anything and I only had a backpack, strange large pillar going up through the room. No surfaces in bathroom to place wash bag etc No hooks on doors to hang towels and clothes while you shower. I understand why it is small but simple changes would make it more user friendly.

The location is great, less than 15 minutes walking to the shopping centre, and bus stops, in particular the bus going into Luton Airport MK1 for only £3 single ticket. There is free drinking hot and cold water. The staff is kind, and there is a 24/7 reception.

There is no option for breakfast. The bathroom is relatively big and the bed very comfortable. However, the room size is not ideal. I am thin, but it was difficult to move around as the space between the bed and the wall is tiny, there are no bedside cabinets, but a mini hole in the wall, and there is no desk chair or space to put the suitcase.
