The cheap prices and a comfortable bed after a long day in London and friendly staff.

We couldn't get the shower to just be warm it was either cold or hot.

"So terrible we didn’t actually stay."

The location was good

There were no reception staff downstairs. The coffee machine was out of order. The room was like Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs. There was only one towel for two of us. The bed was uncomfortable. The door could possibly have been made of cardboard because we could hear everyone’s conversations in the corridor and it felt like they were in the cupboard too. We stayed for an hour and a half before we decided we couldn’t possibly stay. This is clearly a regular occurrence as the reception staff didn’t seem at all surprised or bother to ask why. We will not be returning.

"Cheap accommodation but fine for short stays"

Location was good for the centre. Size of the room was good. Shower was powerful. TV was working. Plug sockets next to the bed including usb ports. Air conditioning was working. Soundproof from outside.

Only had one towel between two of us, had to ask for another. Only one pillow given each, asked for one more at reception to be told no. The mattress on the bed was very hard. Parking is quite expensive, £6.50 for a day. Had to wait 10mins to check in as noone was on reception. Coffee machine in reception area wasn't working.

"Great location poor facilities"

Excellent location. Mr Ali staff of the reception in the first day was helpful and comparative. The hotel was clean and tidy .

Poor facility in the room. Very hard, thin mattress. No kettle. The room hd only bed and toilet. No table.no chair. Nothing to put your clothes or your bags.
