"Disappointed in the rooms"

The bathroom was not up to the standard I expected. The wallpaper was separated near the tub. Overall, it was dated. I have stayed at hotels that were not as exclusive as Lansdowne, and they had bigger and more updated rooms. I was surprised and disappointed.

We spent a couple days there planning an event for August Staff was awesome! Special shout out to our waiter Chacko who took care of us on two separate occasions. Possibly the best waiter I have ever had!!

Elizabeth was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to check in early so we could fully enjoy the spa. The spa services were amazing and made for such a relaxing experience. Everything felt welcoming, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend this spot for a quick couples weekend getaway.
