"Will be returning!"

Prior to this trip I never stayed at a Sonesta, but after staying for there one night I will be returning to this hotel and will look for Sonesta’s in other cities I travel. The hotel was beautiful, so modern and up to date! I don’t know how I missed seeing pictures of this hotel when I booked it for a one night stay for a concert getaway. But the lobby is so cute with a Starbucks, restaurant or cafe, plenty of dining and sitting areas, and mini convenience store. I didn’t get to experience the amenities sadly, but plan to whenever I return to the area! During my quick explore of the hotel there are microwaves located on each floor with an ice machine. The rooms are beautiful, very modern, aesthetic and equipped with essentials for your stay. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink and vanity. You have a wardrobe closet that is really nice, and we had a mini couch, desk, mini fridge and two queen sized beds. The hotel was quiet despite there being a lot of cars in the parking lot, and more importantly it was clean and well managed!! I have begun to be skeptical of hotels near the airport because they tend to be low budget and dirty for quick stays but this hotel exceeded all my expectations!!

The only thing that needed some improvement was the bathtub. While it was clean the tub needed a painting or coating to revamp it to match the upgraded room.

The BED. Low to floor. You could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. Also soft and lumpy. Zero comfortable sleep for $239 Also had to wait 1/2 hour for shuttle pickup for a 5 minute drive. And the hotel was quiet on arrival.

This is my second stay here and the facility is impeccable. Cleanliness and friendly staff can't be beat.

The television signal went out due to a rain storm. I was told that it would be restored in a short time frame but had never been restored. They apologized but didn't compensate for the interuption.
