Unit we stayed in was updated to a high standard. Great location from train station and getting to old town and walking to the port for boat to cinque de terre (about 15 minutes) through streets filled with excellent shops.

The host contacted us via WhatsApp a day before check-in. Although I missed his message. Upon arriving, I phoned him, he assisted us in getting into the building and room, and quickly came over to greet us. Much appreciated. The property is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the train station, and there is a big supermarket next door. Very quite, safe place to stay. We enjoyed our stay except the mattress just a bit too soft to us.

Rough, ugly building externally and shabby, dark stairwell

Location close to train but Not noisy. Very clean and good host.

No cutlery or plates.

The property it is just 3minute away of train station. Practic after you let the train station come down on the steps cross the street and you are in front of the property.Very easy to travel to Portofino,Rappalo,Cinque Terre. Supermarket next door.The city center of Spetia very close ,easy to reach the marina,park ,restaurants.The premisë was spotless clean.Very easy to go in to the apartment.The owner very helpful. A place to be recomand to friends.Perfect for a couple.
