Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago Northlake O'Hare South

We had a pleasant stay overall. One of the biggest positives was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling much easier. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant, I appreciated having an on-site dining option available. The beds were comfortable, and the employees consistently provided excellent customer service. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The property showed some visible wear and tear, the ice machine wasn’t in the best condition, and I noticed a spaghetti sauce splash on the wall that I ended up cleaning myself. The TVs and USB charging options also felt outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. Despite these issues, the friendly and accommodating staff made a positive impression, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was clean for what it was; an much older hotel.

The first room had a musty smell so she changed my room. There was no elevator and I was unaware. The towel in my room had short hairs in it....grosssss

Cleanliness needs improvement. Carpet is dirty. I got stye the next morning.
