The “breakfast” was an absolute joke. The location isn’t super bad but not close to anything

Super dirty and smelly, hallways were filled with a bunch of junk, staff was extremely rude. Website advertises free shuttles to airport or a shuttle to the blue line for an extra fee. When I asked the front desk about the shuttles, I got screamed at, told that the shuttle guy was sick and that unless I wanted the keys to the shuttle, I needed to let it go.

BREAKFAST IS NOT ENOUGH, CAN ADD SOME MORE

The breakfast was awful .becuz tere was no breakfast .there was cereal (stale) : micro mini muffins actually 3 no condiments for coffee. The hallways leading to room smelled strong of weed. The room was awful. 2 beds .1 bed was broken. The box spring underneath was broken: I left a a bag from the Carter store with infant outfits. I was hone all day so was having maid service the room .I went to grab outfits to wrap and the bag was litefrav lly no where to be found. The t.v Was so dark u you couldn't really see the TV screen. I had paid my since there were nothing for breakfast let alone anything healthy. We ate at the restaurant. But were not allowed to take our food up to out room

My fiancé and I had an exquisite stay at Super 8! The ladies in the front- Monica, Vicki and Maria- have the best customer service skills I have seen! They were all so helpful and polite. We will definitely stay at this location again because of the 3 of them!
