Our room was a good size and very clean. Modern and well appointed. Contact prior to arrival was very good and assistance when we were locked out of our room was delivered quickly. It is a short walk to an entrance of Pompei and within walking distance of many eateries. The views from the rear of the property are across Pompei to Vesuvius.

The location is great, a short walk to the Pompeii park and near some neat shops and nice restaurants. The view from outside the room is spectacular with lots of lovely plants along the railings to add to the ambience. Inside the cozy little room the A/C was great and kept us comfortable all night even in the blazing August heat. The free pastries at the bakery downstairs were delicious and Maria was so kind.

The biggest thing is the listing says it's on the 2nd floor... Well to get to the "2nd" floor of the building you have to walk up 4 or 6 long flights (Unfortunately I can't remember) of stairs with all your luggage and in my case, with my wheelchair. Maybe very doable if you're a healthy young person and the weather isn't bad but in the humid hot weather even my able bodied travel companions struggled. Although overall I really liked the room the bed's mattress as well as the makeshift couch-bed they made for my niece were uncomfortable, and without the exhaustion of the miserable heat I think it would have left a stronger damper on our overall impression of the place. The big double one-way glass doors to get into the room let in a lot of nice natural light during the day but the curtains didn't do much to block that light of you needed dark for sleeping. Also the bathroom door didn't latch. We were family that all trusted each other if the door was 97% shut we wouldn't go near it but I could see that being an issue for some groups.

Perfect stay, the views which grab for this accomodation, fantastic view of Versuvius, of the bell tower of the bustling street and able to see a glimpse of the walls of Pompeii...your are in the middle of it all perfect location. The room was lovely comfy bed nice veranda area, lovely bathroom with jacuzzi. The communication between the owner was easy and friendly. Breakfast is at beautiful high end patisserie below the room, the service was perfect and we looked forward to go down each morning. Amazing trip we did not want to leave.

I booked the wrong date for this property (off by one day) and immediately recognized the error. I attempted to contact the property and they did not answer my calls or respond to my email. I asked Expedia to assist and the hotel told them no change and no refund. Given this attitude towards potential guests I do not recommend staying here.

Camera spaziosa situata in una posizione privilegiata. Dal balcone si vedono gli scavi archeologici e il parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura. La struttura è al 3° piano di un palazzo senza ascensore ma vicinissimo al Santuario della Madonna di Pompei e alla strada pedonale dove si può mangiare ottima pizza seduti o per strada. Bagno spaziosissimo e pulito, unica pecca per la tavoletta crepata, doccia con cromoterapia e doccino pulitissimo: nemmeno una traccia di calcare o un forellino otturato. Smart TV collegata con il web e wifi veloce. Letto king size comodo, buono il cotone delle lenzuola. Camera silenziosa e con tende oscuranti molto pesanti. Per la colazione si ha a disposizione un voucher da consumare alla pasticceria De Vito proprio sotto al palazzo.

Si sarebbe dovuta sostituire la tavoletta del wc che abbiamo trovato crepata.

Posizione centrale vicinissimo all’ingresso degli scavi e al centro di Pompei. Camera ben arredata, molto carina la vista dal balcone in comune sulla cattedrale illuminata di sera.

Per il prezzo pagato per la stanza avere un budget molto risicato per la colazione (in una pasticceria comunque ottima) e dover pagare la differenza mi ha lasciata perplessa. La camera e la struttura in generale avrebbero bisogno di alcuni accorgimenti in più e una pulizia più puntuale e un pochino di manutenzione più frequente. I fiori finti ingialliti e polverosi in giro sia per la camera che per la struttura andrebbero rivisti.
