Bed was very comfortable

One hour before checkout, my wife is getting ready for the day in our room (113). Suddenly a man just enters the room with a key, NO KNOCK. She is there by herself wondering what the mans intentions were. He says with a foreign accent, "House Keeping". She still doesn't know what his intentions are especially since we are still in the room. Finally he left. Why would housekeeping enter a room an hour before checkout without a knock? Very disrepectly and unprofessional. We went to the front check in counter and no one was there. to report our displeasure. Only 3 housekeeping foreign speaking people who we don't feel understood us.

The location was great for our needs this trip. Very close to freeway and other things, like grocery store and shopping.

It was not clean, the sheets were wafer thin and worn out. Drawers were nasty dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. It definitely needs a new paint job and minor repairs throughout the room. We barely had enough toilet paper, as it hadn't been refilled prior to our arrival. And the noise level. You hear every door open and shut, footsteps down the hall, tv that's on... virtually no insulation in walls and floors.

My pillows were lumpy. Hallway carpet needed replacing, stained & “wrinkles” in it from being old

We were traveling to AZ and needed a place to crash for the night. The Ramada did not disappoint. It was very clean and the breakfast was well stocked and convenient.

The toilets were very low to the ground. My husband and I are both tall and the toilets seemed VERY low.
