Location and price. Room was large and accommodating. Small fridge, microwave. Everything worked. Police circling the parking lot pro & con. At least they respond 😆

The WiFi is a pain to access. Sheets had hair (and what looked like grass) on them. Pillows were WELL beyond their life. Lumpy and flat, several without pillowcases. Bathroom icky, moldy and hairy.
