Sobre o hotel , não gostei de nada

Nois fomos um casal deixaram uma coberta fina e pequena , pedimos outra não deram , fiz está reserva em abril , perguntei se poderíamos chegar às 14 horas , porque o chekin era as 15 horas , não me responderam, aí quando fui embora , mandaram mensagem me respondendo , no meu ver pura ironia , foram no quarto conferir para eu fazer o chekout, deixaram agente lá esperando e não avisaram que tinha conferido o quarto , pessoas totalmente despreparadas para atendimento ao cliente .

Localização excelente! Pé na areia, para caminhada e banho de mar, próximo de shoppings. Nu Funcionários simpáticos e auxiliadores. Custo benefício ótimo. Café da manhã foi muito bom. Quarto de acessibilidade maravilhoso, TV e ar condicionado perfeitamente.
