Lack of housekeeping. One bed had stain on top sheet. Asked them to change sheet next day and they did not. Theu just made the bed

Our room had human and pet hair all over the pillows, sheets and bed cover. There was a layer of dust over the coffee maker, and a giant spider in the washroom. They did move us to another room, which was free of pet hair, but just as dusty. The front desk staff was friendly though. No toiletries in the washroom, towels left a layer of fuzz all over our bodies.

It was a great stay. The room was clean, a bit dated, and comfortable, guest laundry facilities were very cheap, restaurant menu is decent, friendly staff and reasonable prices. The location is close to shopping and is a close walk to the brewery 😊.

Absolutely filthy!!!!!!!!!!!! Upgraded room just as filthy! Unacceptable for the price and no one should have to deal with this as a customer this is truly disgusting! Left standing in the room for 20-30 minutes upon calling down to front desk tried to call again to front desk and was ignored so I went down to front desk to be laughed at by staff when bringing the filth to their attention! Completed disheartened by the treatment as well as the absolute filth. Not to sure about their standard of cleanliness is but this to me is not acceptable!

Nice ocean front views from higher floors. Exterior of building is a bit run down but interior was nice enough. Staff were very nice.
