체크인도 빠르게 해주시고 룸도 업그레이드 해줘서 넓게 편히 쉬었습니다만 천장에 달린 온풍기에서 소음이 좀 나서 그게 좀 아쉬웠으나 주변에 오동도나 낭만포차거리등 도보로 다니기에도 좋은 접근성 이었으며 조식도 깔끔하게 종류도 많았고 맛도 좋았습니다.

3/1 조식 서비스 담당 매니저(팀장)의 고객 응대가 매우 별로였고, 전혀 고객 친화적이지 않았음. 또한, 객실 슬리퍼도 없고, 객실 상태 또한 아주 깨끗하다는 생각은 들지 않았음. 종합적으로 매우 불쾌한 고객 응대로 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶지 않다는 생각을 함
