Charlottsborgs Camping och Vandrarhem

The location is beautiful, massive trees surround this love place. Close to shops, loads of activities to do around there. Will return for sure.

Nothing to dislike. The Manager and staff are very friendly and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It was self catering, so breakfast was as good , or bad, as I made it. I like Nature (birds particularly) and I was delighted with the location. Although the site is on the edge of Kristianstad, and is close to busy roads, it doesn’t feel urban. The site is like a mini park with tall beautiful beech trees, and the birds around the site were great - redstarts, white wagtails, and a pair of field fares - brilliant ! The view from my room was lovely, the place was peaceful and quiet, and the guy who runs the site (Mange) is great - I found him very helpful and friendly. He was a genuinely nice chap - I felt glad to have made his acquaintance. The price was great- I’m so used to being ripped off in Britain- this was a refreshing change. I would not hesitate to book again - I wish there were more places like this.

I can’t think of anything - the site is a camping site and hostel, so I wasn’t expecting The Hilton. The facilities were more than adequate.

The property is quite clean and it’s very well located (near supermarkets, shops, bus stops, walking distance from town, parks, etc). The owner makes things very easy for guests and he is just lovely. He would make sure that you are happy there and he also is relaxed, which we appreciate a lot!!

Nothing to dislike!

I stayed in one of the rooms, common toilet was very clean, shower room had seen use, but was clean also. Room was ok.

The bedroom had silverfish bugs running around the floor if you closed the lights. Hostel was under renovation so there were no real facilities for making food or washing dishes. Also the common room reflected this. Maybe when the renovations are finished it would be a place worth recommending.

Biker friendly. Could park my moped inside a garage. Good room. Nice shower
